Sterillium is suitable for hygienic and surgical hand disinfection. Sterillium is used as a ready-to-use alcoholic rub-in preparation - independent of water and wash basin - in all hygiene-relevant areas of health care, industry, home dialysis and on journeys for the prevention of infections.

Sterillium is a pioneer in the field of alcoholic surgical hand disinfection and offers a high immediate effect as well as a reliable long-term effect of up to six hours.

Active ingredients:

Propan-2-ol, Propan-1-ol, Mecetroniumetilsulfat.

Areas of application: For hygienic and surgical hand disinfection. For skin disinfection before injections and punctures.

Warnings:

Sterillium should not be used on newborns and premature infants. Only use electrical devices after drying. Do not bring into contact with open flames. Also do not use near sources of ignition. Flash point 23 °C, flammable. If the preparation is used as intended, there is no risk of fire or explosion. After spilling the disinfectant, the following measures must be taken: immediate absorption of the liquid, dilution with plenty of water, ventilation of the room and removal of ignition sources. Do not smoke. In case of fire, extinguish with water, extinguishing powder, foam or CO2. Any decanting may only be carried out under aseptic conditions (sterile bench).
